Does it cost to be a Suite Stay Club member?
No, being a Suite Stay Club member is completely free. There are no hidden fees or charges and we won’t ask for any bank or payment details until you make a booking with us.
What is the difference between Suite Stay Club membership and an Elevate Access subscription?
As a Suite Stay Club member, you can browse and book all of our premium rooms and suites across all of our hotels. Elevate Access enables you to book those same rooms at the same hotels, whilst earning an uncapped 5% back as credit to use against a future hotel stay booked through Suite Stay Club. As an Elevate Access subscriber, you’ll also receive exclusive perks and benefits during your stay at many of our hotels and access to dedicated hotel promotions.
How do I become an Elevate Access subscriber?
Once you’ve signed up as a Suite Stay Club member, you can become an Elevate Access subscriber at the checkout when making a booking with us.
How do Suite Stay Club select their rooms and hotels?
Our specially curated collection of premium rooms and suites at hotels around the world are selected based on the quality of comfort and experience that they provide. We believe that all travellers deserve the very best that travel has to offer and we specifically select our hotels based on that.
What specifications do Suite Stay Club rooms meet?
All rooms and suites bookable on Suite Stay Club are a minimum of 30m² in size, unless otherwise stated. We believe that more space equals a comfier stay and all of our rooms are selected to reflect this.
How do I book a room with Suite Stay Club?
If you’re not already a Suite Stay Club member, you can sign up completely for free here. You can browse through our rooms and hotels before signing up, once you’re a member you’ll be able to view pricing and make a booking. Simply enter your travel requirements in the search bar or browse from our Collections and Destinations pages, then click Book Now when you’ve found a room or suite suitable to you.
Why do Suite Stay Club take a £100 deposit on all bookings?
We take a £100 deposit on all bookings to reserve your room or suite with the hotel, and this number stays the same regardless of the total cost of your booking.
Can I make a booking for a friend or family member using my Suite Stay Club membership?
No - a stay booked through a Suite Stay Club membership should be attended and completed by the account holder along with their other guests. When your friends and family sign up through our Refer & Reward scheme you’ll both be rewarded when they book and stay with us. This scheme will be available in late-2024.
Can I book multiple rooms in a Suite Stay Club booking?
Yes - you can enter the number of rooms you wish to reserve during your booking journey. However, we can currently only offer the option to book multiple rooms of the exact same type/category in a single transaction. To book multiple rooms in different categories, simply complete your initial booking and make another booking for each additional room you’d like to add.
Can I book multiple hotel rooms next to each other on Suite Stay Club?
If you make multiple bookings for the same dates at the same hotel and you’d like the rooms located next to each other, please contact us after booking and we will do our best to ensure that the hotel can accommodate your request.
I’ve paid my deposit, when is my remaining booking balance due?
Your remaining balance is due 14 days before your date of arrival at your hotel. Don’t worry, we’ll take this payment automatically from the same bank account that your deposit was paid from.
I’ve made a booking and I need to cancel my stay.
That’s not a problem. You can cancel your booking at no additional cost, at any point up until 14 days before your date of arrival at your hotel. If you need to cancel within 14 days of arrival, we will not be able to refund you the cost of your full booking. However, depending on the nature of your cancellation you may be able to claim the charges back through your travel insurance.
Who do I contact if there is an issue during my stay?
You can find our WhatsApp Business number within the Bookings page of My Account by clicking 'I NEED HELP'. This is the quickest way to reach us and we will aim to respond as soon as possible.
I need assistance booking transfers and excursions during my stay.
At present, this is not something that Suite Stay Club is able to provide unless this is specifically included within the rate, offer or package you are booking.
I’ve made a booking but would like to upgrade to Elevate Access, can I do this before I stay?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership to Elevate Access and benefit from all of the perks available, so long as you subscribe 48 hours before your date of arrival at your hotel. Contact our team before your stay and they will support you with becoming a subscriber.
