From time to time, Suite Stay Club may run promotional campaigns, discount campaigns, partnership offers or competitions

These activities may have special terms and conditions which supercede our standard terms and conditions. 

The Kensington Competition (March 2025);

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of stay
• Entries will only be valid if the conditions for entry are verified by Suite Stay Club and include;
  • Following Suite Stay Club on Instagram OR Following Suite Stay Club on Facebook
  • Signing up as a Suite Stay Club Member
  • Sharing the competition post to their Instagram story
• Entries must be made by 11.59pm on Monday 31st March 2025
• Entries are limited to maximum 1 per person
• Winner will be notified by Suite Stay Club on Tuesday 1st April 2025, via email
• Winner agrees to Suite Stay Club publishing their handle as a ‘winner’ on social media channels
• Prize will be booked directly with the hotel, details to be advised by Suite Stay Club to the Winner
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and is subject to availability
• Redemption is subject to hotel availability and blackout dates apply. Blackout dates include:
  • 20th to 24th of May 2025;
  • 17th of June to 21st of June 2025 and;
  • 30th of June to 13th of July 2025
• Prize includes accommodation for 2 people only in the Luxury Studio Suite at The Kensington Hotel for 2 consecutive nights, including breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant.
• Prize does not include a discretionary service charge
• Prize cannot be exchanged for cash
• This competition may be withdrawn at any time

Kensington Competition Discount Code (March 2025);

• To apply our discount code and claim £100 off your booking, enter code SPRING100 at the checkout when confirming your booking.
• A £100 discount will be applied to all bookings with no minimum spend required.
• The discount code is valid on bookings across all hotels listed on Suite Stay Club.
• Bookings where the discount code is applied must be made by 11:59pm on Friday 18th April 2025.
• Bookings where the discount code is applied must have a check-out date that falls on or before Thursday 31st December 2026.
• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Suite Stay Club credit or any other promotion, if a discount code is entered at the checkout, any available Suite Stay Club credit will be removed from the booking.

Valentine's Day Discount Code (January 2025);

• To apply our Valentine's Day Discount Code, enter code SUITELOVE100 at the checkout when confirming your booking.
• A £100 discount will be applied to all bookings with a minimum spend of £500 required.
• The discount code is valid on bookings across all hotels listed on Suite Stay Club.
• Bookings where the discount code is applied must be made by 11:59pm on Friday 28th February 2025.
• Bookings where the discount code is applied must have a check-out date that falls on or before Tuesday 30th September 2025.
• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with Suite Stay Club credit or any other promotion, if a discount code is entered at the checkout, any available Suite Stay Club credit will be removed from the booking. 

South Place Hotel Competition (November 2024);

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of stay
• Entries will only be valid if the conditions for entry are verified by Suite Stay Club and include;
  • Following Suite Stay Club on Instagram OR Liking Suite Stay Club on Facebook
  • Following South Place Hotel on Instagram OR Liking South Place Hotel on Facebook
  • Signing up to a Suite Stay Club membership
• Entries must be made by 11.59pm on Sunday 17th November 2024
• Entries are limited to maximum 2 per person
• Winner will be notified by Suite Stay Club on Monday 18th November 2024, via email
• Winner agrees to Suite Stay Club publishing their handle as a ‘winner’ on social media channels
• Prize will be booked directly with the hotel, details to be advised by Suite Stay Club to the Winner
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and is subject to availability.
  • The prize cannot be redeemed between Saturday 21st December and Monday 30th December, due to the hotel’s holiday closure
  • Please note that the Angler restaurant at the hotel will be closed from Saturday 21st December until Tuesday 7th January
• Prize includes accommodation for 2 people only in a Junior Suite at the South Place Hotel for two consecutive nights on a room only basis and includes tax
• Prize does not include a 7% discretionary service charge, which can optionally be paid against the true value of the booking upon check-out
• Prize cannot be exchanged for cash
• This competition may be withdrawn at any time

The BoTree Competition (August 2024);

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of stay
• Entries will only be valid if the conditions for entry are verified by Suite Stay Club and include;
  • Following Suite Stay Club on Instagram OR Liking Suite Stay Club on Facebook
  • Signing up to the Suite Stay Club waitlist
• Entries must be made by 11.59pm on Monday 2nd September 2024
• Entries are limited to maximum 2 per person
• Winner will be notified by Suite Stay Club on Tuesday 3rd September 2024, via email
• Winner agrees to Suite Stay Club publishing their handle as a ‘winner’ on social media channels
• Prize will be booked directly with the hotel, details to be advised by Suite Stay Club to the Winner
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and is subject to availability
• Prize cannot be redeemed on 31 December 2024
• Prize includes accommodation for 2 people only in the Wigmore Suite at the Bo-Tree Hotel for 2 consecutive nights on a room only basis and includes tax. Breakfast can be obtained for an additional cost of £28.00 per person for a full English breakfast
• Prize does not include a discretionary service charge
• Prize cannot be exchanged for cash
• This competition may be withdrawn at any time
