Suite Stay Club loves:
At first glance, Homewood is a classic grand Georgian country house. But, look a little closer at the classic country-house hotel and you’ll see that the boutique hotel perfectly blends its classic style with eclectic and slightly eccentric luxury. Complete with domes to dine in, set amidst 10 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and an eclectic mix of contemporary art and vintage furnishings.
The hotel located just outside the historic city of Bath has just 21 rooms and suites, each as uniquely decorated as the hotel itself.
The on-site Olio Restaurant serves delicious, locally sourced cuisine, complemented by a selection of fine wines and creative cocktails. Or enjoy produce picked from the onsite No-Dig Kitchen Garden and served in the hotel's dome village. Cooked outdoors with your very own barbecue butler, for you to enjoy a smoky feast, Kaleidoscope gin and tonic in hand, under the stars.
Homewood's emphasis on sustainability is evident throughout, from the eco-friendly toiletries to their support of local suppliers, creating a seamless blend of luxury and conscious living. Whether you’re enjoying a romantic dinner on the terrace, a tranquil afternoon tea, or a quiet evening in your elegantly appointed room. The grounds are filled with creative artworks and ultra-modern indulgences including a spa and hydro pool.
Take advantage of the bespoke treatments or while away the afternoon swim in the all-year-round outdoor heated pool or hot tub whilst enjoying views over the valley.
Nestled in the heart of the picturesque countryside, with scenic views across the Avon Valley, Homewood is located in Freshford, just six miles south of the centre of Bath. Around a 15-minute drive away depending on traffic.

Nearby attractions include the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, and the Royal Crescent, as well as the scenic Kennet and Avon Canal, perfect for leisurely walks or cycling.
